The medicine
DEEP KNOWLEDGE. GENUINE CARE.
Tiffany grew up in Hawaii, close to the ocean, and is happiest living by the rhythm of sunrise and sunset. She was introduced to meditation and body arts at a young age — and that upbringing gave her something she still passes on: a deep attunement to the body, and the quiet confidence that comes from years of personal practice woven into daily life.
Through that journey, she found the teachings of Iyengar yoga — not knowing it would eventually be what led her back into trust with her body after a near-death experience. She has lived the experience of what trauma does to the mind-body connection. And she knows the way back.
Teaching is where I am most myself. I begin every class by asking if anyone has something specific they'd like to address — a need, a concern, something the body is carrying that day. From there, we center. And once people begin to move, I work with what they give me: their bodies, their energy, what is present in the room. My hope is always balance — for each person, in that moment.
I don't take myself too seriously. But I take the work — and every person in it — with my whole heart.

The studio
SOMATIC CERAMICS
The way the light hits the walls. The feeling of wet clay in her hands. The wheel spinning, water bouncing, music on, warm drink nearby. It is the same quality of presence she brings to the mat — and a lot more mess.
Her ceramic practice is somatic by nature — tactile, embodied, unhurried. She makes ritual pottery, and she teaches others to make. In her studio, the work is about empowerment, acceptance, and the particular kind of humility that comes from working with a material that has its own ideas. Clay, like the body, doesn't respond well to force. It responds to presence.
It is also just really, really fun.
"Tiffany is an amazing yoga instructor! Iyengar yoga can be very serious but Tiffany has a great sense of humor and she brings that into her teaching style. She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and has a keen eye. I have learned so much from Tiffany and am so grateful to be her student."
