Move. Make & Mingle
An evening of yoga, clay, and connection at The Glow Up
Yoga. Clay. Good people. We'll begin with an accessible yoga practice designed for all bodies and all levels — the kind that leaves you feeling open rather than wrung out. Then we'll transition into a hands-on clay experience, shaping small pottery pieces and settling into the quiet, satisfying rhythm of working with your hands. No prior experience needed for either. Just come as you are — and leave as someone who made something.
What's included
- Accessible group yoga practice
- Hands-on pottery experience
- All materials provided
- No prior experience needed
"Tiffany's class was so much fun! She had everything laid out in an organized fashion. Her instructions were clear. She had examples of things we could make, but gave us free rein to be creative. Really, it was a lovely class, and I would take another one in a heartbeat!"
