Common Questions

No prior experience with yoga, clay, or any creative practice is needed. Both days are designed to be accessible and exploratory. The emphasis is on presence and process, not skill or performance. Tiffany guides you through everything.
Yes. Each day is designed as a complete experience and may be attended independently. Saturday focuses on expression — clay, botanicals, and botanical textiling. Sunday focuses on integration — therapeutic yoga, breath, and stillness. Many guests choose to attend both as a full weekend immersion.
Wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing. For Saturday, you'll be working with clay — wear something you don't mind getting earthy. Bring a swimsuit and towel for pool and sauna time. Sunday participants may want a light layer for outdoor practice. All retreat materials are provided.
Meals are seasonal, plant-forward, and thoughtfully prepared — nourishing bowls with grains, beans, roasted and pickled vegetables, fruit, sauces, and herbal beverages. If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please note them when you register and we will do our best to accommodate.
Clay pieces are bisque-fired and glazed after the retreat. Details for pick-up or shipping will be shared with participants following the event. Botanical textile tea towels from Saturday are yours to take home the same day.
Cancellations made more than 21 days before the retreat receive a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days may receive a credit toward a future offering. Given the intimate size of the group, we are unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the event. Please reach out if your circumstances are unusual — we will always do our best.
