This is where the work begins with what is present — in your body, your nervous system, your life. Not a template. Not a protocol. A practice that is shaped entirely around you.

The 1:1 path draws from the full breadth of Tiffany's training: therapeutic yoga, functional nutrition, breathwork, somatic practices, and meditation. Each session is guided by what you need — not a fixed menu, but a living response to where you are.

Whether you are recovering from injury, navigating a health challenge, processing stress held in the body, working with your nutrition, or simply ready for a practice that goes deeper — this is the space for that work.

How sessions work

THE STRUCTURE OF THE PRACTICE.

Where we begin

90-MINUTE INITIAL SESSION

This is a thorough, unhurried intake — time to understand your history, your body, your goals, and what is present right now. We'll move together, assess how your body organizes itself, and begin to map the work ahead. You leave with clarity, a felt sense of the practice, and a clear path forward.

The initial session is where we establish the foundation. It is longer by design — because the work deserves a proper beginning.

Ongoing work

60-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

Each subsequent session builds on the last. We check in with what is present, refine the practice, and go deeper into the work. Sessions are responsive — not scripted — so the practice evolves as you do.

Most clients find a rhythm of weekly or bi-weekly sessions. The work compounds over time — each session informed by everything that came before.

A thorough intake

We begin with conversation — your history, your body, what is present today. Nothing is irrelevant.

Precise, responsive movement

Carefully selected postures and sequences drawn from the Iyengar tradition, adapted entirely to your body and what it needs.

Hands-on guidance

Tiffany works closely with you — adjusting, supporting, and refining so you feel the practice from the inside.

Breath and somatic awareness

Pranayama and somatic practices woven throughout, restoring the conversation between body and nervous system.

A practice to take home

You leave each session with something to continue — a short home practice, a breath technique, or simply a new way of listening.

Continuity and care

Tiffany holds the thread between sessions. The work builds. Nothing is forgotten.
