Find a quiet moment. Fill a bowl or glass with clean water. Sit with it for a few breaths, feeling the weight of the year in your body.
Bring to mind one thing you are ready to release — a belief, a pattern, a weight you've been carrying. Hold it clearly in your awareness.
Then, slowly pour the water out — into the earth, down the drain, into a plant. As it flows, let the release be real. You are not the same person who began this year. Let that be true.
