The air feels different now. The light lingers a little longer in the evenings. The snow is softening, slowly giving way.
We are moving toward the equinox — toward equal light and dark — showing us that balance is not an idea, but a lived practice. Something we must consciously return to again and again.
A lot is moving through the world right now. I feel it deeply. I stay informed. And I am clear about the role I am meant to play.
My role is to hold space. To nurture steadiness. To protect the nervous system. To create spaces — virtually and in person — where people can breathe and take a moment to move away from the noise and care for their inner landscape.
I care deeply. I choose to stay regulated so I can continue to guide, listen, and support from a grounded place.
I've been watching the monks on the Walk for Peace. Their contribution is steadiness in action — walking quietly, grounded with feet on the earth. This is sanity and compassionate clarity.
As we navigate the terrain of volatility and harm, it is imperative to:
- Protect your nervous system.
- Be intentional about what you consume.
- Anchor your body.
- Communicate with care and compassion.
- Stay connected to the people in front of you.
This is my contribution, and I'm honored to hold that space with you.
With warmth,
