EMBRACING TRANSITIONS WITH YOGA

As September arrives, many of us feel the mix of endings and beginnings. The season itself reflects transition — leaves contemplating their color shift, the days' long rays shortening, rhythms changing. Life has its own seasons, too, where loss, change, opportunity, and uncertainty ask us to adapt.

Yoga doesn't erase these transitions, but it steadies us inside them. Through practice, we learn to breathe through discomfort, to stand in alignment even when life feels off-kilter, and to rest when everything around us wants us to push harder.

Whether you're adjusting to new routines, letting go of something that no longer serves you, or stepping into something unknown, I hope this month's practice helps you feel steady and spacious.

I look forward to seeing you soon — on the mat, at retreat, or on a creative venture in between.

With warmth,
